On all adoptions you will be required to complete an adoption questionnaire and sign an adoption agreement (click here) . When adopting a dog you will be required to spend at least 20 minutes with the dog. You will be required to have all family members do the same. This is done to make sure that the dog is a great addition to your family and that everyone is comfortable with the dog.
