This morning Zoe was reunited with her owners through the Niagara Falls Humane Society. From Welland to the Niagara Falls zone over 74 days missing Zoe managed to survive and come home. This day would not have happened without the help of so many caring people who we never knew till now. People such as Trish who kept encouraging us, John and Nancy who just last week renewed are hopes and provided supplies for Zoe hoping to reservation her while she hung virtually their home to finally Dave and Julie who captured Zoe yesterday with the aid of the wonderful people from the Niagara Falls Humane Society. Miracle Reunion The Stone Family reunites with FridayThe Stone family lost their cat Friday when in February. They live in St. Catharines near the lake. Somehow their cat ended up here at the NFHS. Just yesterday, the little girl said that she missed her cat and hoped he was ...alive. If he wasn't, she was comforted by the fact that at least he was in heaven. Friday is working and well and was reunited with his family this morning. Friday was microchipped which made this reunion possible. The NFHS will be having flipside microchip clinic at Global Pet Foods on Thursday May 24 from 12-7. One of the NFHS Vet Techs will microchip your pet for a fee of $25, a substantial savings. Penguin makes a unconfined daycamp visit to FJ Rutland Penguin and Linda make a splashToday, Penguin, a 6 year old Shepherd/Doberman mix, visited FJ Rutland's Daycamp today. The kids got to pet Penguin and ask questions of NFHS represenatives. Penguin was a real sweetheart permitting for the children to each get a endangerment to pet him. He loved the car ride to the school and was such a good boy in the classroom. He was incredibly patient and relaxed with a classroom of eager little faces looking at him. This inspection was conducted in response to recent concerns raised over the health and welfare of land mammals at Marineland.Pursuitthe Ontario Regulation 60/09 Standards of Care, teachers inspected deer, elk, withstand and buffalo and their habitats. NFHSTeachersraised some questions well-nigh vital standards of superintendency and requested remoter information and documentation which will be evaluated. SANTA CLAUS PARADE The Niagara Falls Humane Society took part in the Santa Claus Parade on Saturday, November 17, 2012.
